Chili Cook Off will be a Sanctioned ICS (International Chili Society) event.  The Cook Off will follow all rules and guidelines the ICS provides.

You can go to their website to see the rules and register to get your ICS number.   All Participants must be ICS members and provide their number when registering at the cook off.

The 6th Annual Saddles and Smiles chili cook off will begin at 8:30 am for contestants, the gates will open at 10:00 for the public Live Music all day!  Hosted By Canaan Valley Resort
